Our standard charge for postage on keys is free of charge for 2nd class signed, this is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY
Dispatch is normally within one to two working days although some bespoke or special order items may take longer. We aim to get your goods to you as soon as we possibly can.

Your goods will be sent by Royal Mail delivery (signature required),  to all UK mainland addresses. If you would like us to send your package by Guaranteed Next Day delivery or any other way, then delivery will be charged at cost. Refund/Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if it is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be returned, unused in their original packaging. Please retain a certificate of posting so that you are insured against loss or damage, should your purchase not make it back to us.

The postage of exchanged items will be charged at cost.

We ensure that the price of all goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. This means we show the actual price clearly. If the nature of our business means that we may have to change the price between accepting your order and delivery, we will automatically give you the option to cancel your order and get your money back. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale. Our systems do accept credit card details at point of order, however the card is only charged at point of sale.
